Muscle Stimulator
Supramaximal muscle work for the core and glutes.
- Weak core
- Low muscle tone
- Post-pregnancy core
- Glute shape
- Plateaued training
What is Muscle Stimulator?
The applicator triggers muscle contractions at an intensity and frequency you cannot produce by choosing to. A session puts the muscle through far more contractions than a workout would, and the muscle responds the way it does to training — by adapting.
It is training, not weight loss, and it does not replace exercise. It suits people rebuilding a core, people whose training has plateaued, and people who genuinely cannot get the hours. The honest framing is a supplement to movement, not a substitute for it.
It builds and tones muscle. It is not a fat loss treatment, and a stronger abdominal wall under an unchanged fat layer will not look different from the outside. Where the goal is visible definition, this is one part of a plan rather than the whole of it, and the consultation will be honest about which part.

Is this the right treatment for you?
Core never recovered after pregnancy?
Rebuilding core tone is one of the most common reasons people book it.
Training plateaued?
It reaches muscle in a way voluntary contraction does not.
Expecting to lose weight?
This builds muscle. Weight is a separate conversation and should be had separately.
Pacemaker, implant or metal?
Raise it immediately. This is not appropriate for everyone.
When it is not appropriate
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, a pacemaker or implanted electrical device, hernia in the treatment area, active infection, and any condition affecting circulation or sensation must all be raised before anything is booked. Tell the practitioner about every medication and supplement you are taking. Metal implants or an IUD in the treatment field, epilepsy, and recent abdominal surgery all rule this out or require clearance first.
What happens in a session
Consult
Suitability is checked carefully, including implants and devices, before anything is booked.
Position
Applicators are placed and secured over the target muscle.
Train
Intensity is raised gradually to what is strong but comfortable, then held for the session.
Finish
Applicators are removed and the course spacing confirmed.
Still deciding?
Consultation is free. You will be told plainly whether Muscle Stimulator is the right fit, and what to do instead if it is not.

Muscle Stimulator, answered
What does it feel like?
Strong, strange, involuntary contraction. Not painful, but unlike anything you do yourself. Intensity is raised with you throughout.
Will I lose my tummy?
It builds the muscle underneath. If there is fat over it, that is a separate matter and should be assessed as one.
Does it replace the gym?
No, and you should be wary of anyone saying it does. It supplements training rather than replacing movement.
How many sessions?
A course, closely spaced. The number is set at assessment.
When will I see a difference?
Strength is often felt before anything is seen. Visible change builds across a course and depends on what sits over the muscle.
How long does it last?
Muscle responds like muscle: it fades without use. Keeping it means either maintenance sessions or real activity, and that is worth deciding before you start.
Can I combine it with other treatments?
Commonly planned with contouring work, since muscle and fat are separate problems that look similar from outside.
