Hair Regrowth
Laser therapy for thinning hair and scalp health.
- Thinning at the crown
- Receding hairline
- Postpartum shedding
- Weak, fine hair
- Scalp health
What is Hair Regrowth?
Low-level laser light is delivered across the scalp from a hood, aimed at the follicles rather than the hair itself. The intention is to support follicles that are still alive but producing weaker hair, and to improve the condition of the scalp they sit in.
This treatment rewards consistency more than any other offered here. It is a course run over months, results vary considerably between people, and follicles that have closed will not be reopened by it. An honest assessment of what stage you are at matters more than the device.
It works on follicles that are still alive. Where a follicle has closed, no light will reopen it, and a scalp that has been thinning for many years may have fewer live follicles than it looks. This is why the scalp is examined before anything is booked: the honest answer is sometimes that you have left it late, and you should hear that from us rather than find it out after paying for a course.

Is this the right treatment for you?
Hair thinning rather than gone?
Live follicles producing weaker hair are what this supports. Closed follicles are a different conversation.
Able to come consistently for months?
Consistency is the whole treatment. Irregular attendance gives irregular results.
Shedding after pregnancy or illness?
Worth raising — some shedding recovers on its own, and you should be told when that is likely.
Expecting a transformation?
Expect support and slowing rather than reversal, and expect to be told so honestly.
When it is not appropriate
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, active infection or inflamed skin in the treatment area, recent isotretinoin use, photosensitising medication, and a history of keloid scarring all need to be raised before anything is booked. Tell the practitioner about every medication and supplement you are taking. Scalp conditions, photosensitising medication, and any undiagnosed cause of hair loss should be looked at by a doctor first.

Hair Regrowth, answered
Will my hair grow back?
Where follicles are still live, the hair they produce can improve. Where they have closed, it will not, and you should be told which you are dealing with at assessment.
How long before I know?
Months. Hair grows slowly, and the baseline photos exist so the judgement is honest rather than hopeful.
Does it hurt?
No. It is warmth under a hood and nothing more.
Do I need to keep going forever?
Maintenance is usually part of holding a result. That is discussed at review rather than assumed.
When will I see a difference?
Hair is slow. Shedding often settles first, then density changes across months. Three months is the earliest fair point to judge it.
How long does it last?
It holds while the course continues and tends to fade when it stops entirely. Hair work rewards consistency more than any other treatment here.
Can I combine it with other treatments?
Often run alongside scalp care and, where appropriate, treatment prescribed by a doctor. What is right for you is settled at consultation.
