How we handle your details, your booking and your treatment
Four things worth being plain about: what happens to the information you send us, how
appointments work, what this site is and is not, and the ordinary terms covering the pages
themselves.
Privacy
What this site collects, why, and what happens to it.
What is collected
The booking form asks for your name, mobile number, the treatment or concern you are interested in, a preferred date, and anything you choose to tell us in the notes field. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is required beyond your name and a number to reach you on.
The notes field is free text. Please do not put anything in it you would not want held on record — a general description of your concern is enough, and the detail belongs in the consultation room rather than in a web form.
Why it is collected
So a booking coordinator can contact you, confirm a time, and pass the relevant details to the practitioner who will see you. That is the only reason it is asked for.
Who sees it
Clinic staff involved in arranging and carrying out your appointment. It is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers or third parties for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to arrange your appointment and to maintain your treatment record afterwards. Records relating to treatment are kept in line with the clinic's obligations as a medical provider.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask what personal data the clinic holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, and in defined circumstances ask for it to be erased or object to how it is used. Ask the clinic directly and the request will be dealt with.
Booking and cancellation
How appointments are made, moved and cancelled.
Every first appointment is a consultation
No first-time procedure is booked before someone has assessed you in person. A request through this site is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed treatment slot, and nothing is treated as booked until the clinic has confirmed it with you.
Changing or cancelling
Tell the clinic as early as you can if you need to move or cancel. Appointments are one client at a time in a private room, so a late cancellation is a slot nobody else could take.
Arriving late
If you arrive late, the session may have to be shortened so the following appointment is not pushed back, or rescheduled if there is not enough time to treat you properly.
When treatment is declined
A practitioner may decline to treat you on the day — because of a contraindication found at assessment, because your skin is not in a state to be treated, or because the treatment you have asked for is not the right one for your concern. You will be told why, and told what would be appropriate instead.
Medical disclaimer
What this site is, and what it is not.
This is information, not advice
The treatment pages on this site explain how procedures work in general terms. They are not medical advice, they are not a diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for being assessed in person by a practitioner who can look at your skin, scalp or body.
Results vary
Nothing described here is guaranteed. How a treatment turns out depends on your skin, your health, what caused the concern in the first place, and how closely aftercare is followed. Where a page says a result builds over weeks or months, that is deliberate — it is not a figure of speech.
Tell us everything
Medication, supplements, recent procedures, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any medical condition all affect what can safely be done. Contraindications are listed on each treatment page, but the list on a web page is never a substitute for telling the practitioner directly.
If something is wrong
Contact the clinic about unexpected pain, blistering, spreading redness, fever or any reaction that worries you. In an emergency, seek urgent medical care first.
Using this site
The ordinary terms that apply to the pages themselves.
Content and images
The text, photography and branding on this site belong to AURA Aesthetics. The clinical photography is the clinic's own and shows real treatments carried out at the Bacolod branch.
Accuracy
Treatment information is kept as accurate as the clinic can make it, and the list of treatments reflects what is currently offered. If something on a page contradicts what you are told at consultation, what the practitioner tells you in person is what counts.
Links out
This site links to the clinic's social media channels. What happens on those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not by this page.
These policies describe how the clinic works in practice. They are not a substitute for legal
advice and should be reviewed by the clinic's own adviser before the site goes live.
